Damned if I is and damned if I ain’t

Everyone knows that I’m no saint

Trippin’ through this life with my head held high

Sometimes I get to thinkin’ that I’m gonna die

 

What’s it all for when I look around

If it weren’t for the Lord, I know that I’d drown

In a sea of craziness, death, and such

The devil’s everywhere, it’s just too much

 

Now what would you do, you dog of the sea

Call on your buddies to fuck with me

Or drop to the ground and scream at God

Stop all of that, after all, it’s His sod

 

I’m dangling from a string over a pit of fire

Wondering where I’m headed, my hearts desire

Then I hear a rumble, a roar, and a blast

And dream about the day there’s a Harley under my ass

 

Now, of course, this was written a long time, and quite a few Harley's, ago!
