David Mann September 10, 1940 - September 11, 2004 David was born in Kansas City, Missouri and received his illustration gene from his father who was a lifelong illustrator and an active member of the London Society of Scribes. His first job was pin striping customs in 1957. Moved to California and worked for legendary "Big Daddy" Ed Roth.
